Friday 13 March won’t be an unlucky day for crime fiction fans. Bookseller Waterstones has teamed up with publisher HarperCollins to stage a free crime festival that has real world and social media elements to it. Killer Crime Festival 2015 will see authors Ian Rankin, Val McDermid and Ann Cleeves all participating and there will be events in cities including London, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Plymouth.
For more details you can visit the Waterstones blog here, or check out the graphic below which details all the physical world events at Waterstones outlets. In addition, you can get onto Twitter on 13 March to follow online Q&As with Ian Rankin and Ann Cleeves, while Simon Toyne will be answering readers’ questions on Facebook. The festival lasts until 18 March.
