On the Radar: Reacher reaches book 31

3 Mins read

Jack Reacher is going strong with season four of the show starring Alan Ritchson arriving on Amazon Prime recently – plus a spinoff in Neagley. Now here on Crime Fiction Lover we bring you news of the latest novel in Lee Child’s epic series. We know this will kick off some it’s-not-the-same comments as the book is cowritten with Andrew Child but, hey, gotta move with the times. Just like Reacher. And anyway, there’s a whole bunch more to choose from including the latest from Louise Penny, some non fiction about spies on screen, an IRA legacy story and two very different tales of crime in good old California.

A member of her team has been killed in a covert mission that went badly wrong, and there’s no one she can trust, which is where Reacher comes in. He soon finds his way to Summertown, Colorado – a place with just four inhabitants, dominated by five massive data centres and two giant solar farms. Someone is watching his every move, but as we all know, this is not a man to shy away from conflict and hide in the shadows. Prepare for the sparks to fly.
