Scottish crime fiction author Andrew Raymond is stepping away from the mean streets of Glasgow. But is life any quieter on the island of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides. We’ll find out when the first in his new series featuring Detective Constable Mairead Maclean arrives on 4 June 2026.
This is a book we’re excited about for a number of reasons, but particularly because we’re drawn to atmospheric settings.
