Comic book writer Adam Rose loves crime fiction. And crime fiction lovers might just love his latest comic, published by Titan. Taking inspiration from the genre, Rose has written a five-comic series about an FBI agent called Tamaki who teams up with a giant detective called Gyant to try and solve a series of murders and disappearances taking place across the United States.

But this isn’t the United States as we know it. Obviously, there are giants roaming around, for a start. They appeared after something called the Omega Event, and after conflict with the puny humans eventually a truce was signed and a state called Brobdingnag was created.

Now that peace is under threat, in a story described as ‘BFG meets Chinatown’. Fortunately, Gyant and Tamaki are on the case.

Drawn by Magenta King, the first comic in the series came out in August and issue two will be out soon. For the first issue, five alternate covers have been created by different comic artists, so you can choose one that suits you best. The five issues that make up the series will be combined into a graphic novel in the spring. In the meantime, check out some of the artwork below.
